Leveraging The Generational Differences

This 3-hour workshop builds on good teamwork skills by understanding the generational similarities and differences that make up the team. Participants learn how to leverage and get more out of their skills, knowledge, ability and experience through interactive applications and discussion. Targeted audience includes intact or interdepartmental team members as well as those in a leadership role.
Learning Objectives Include

  • Gain an understanding of the generational differences
  • Understand the impact on how we communicate, motivate and reward the different generations
  • Build upon leadership/team skills through generational awareness and the value on recruiting, building teams and dealing with change
  • Participate in discussions and identify actions to put generational awareness to work that takes generational diversity into account
  • Apply this understanding of the generations that builds on self-awareness for potential strengths and growth opportunities
