Provides the knowledge and understanding of working in a team environment including the important group dynamics of effective listening and trust. Participants learn how to harness the right paths through understanding the stages of team growth to keep focused on effective end results.
Uses the Temperaments behavioral model. This model is a configuration of observable personality traits, such as habits of communication, patterns of action, and sets of characteristic attitudes, values and talents. Participants gain the important understanding of the four temperaments for better awareness and interaction with others to maximize their team work collaboration and impact.
Builds upon self-management and teamwork fundamentals through the introduction to the Emotional Intelligence (EQ) model. EQ is recognized as essential to successful team and individual performance. Participants learn and explore—through discussion and customized experiential exercises—the components of the EQ emotional intelligence model and how it can assist and increase teamwork effectiveness.
Provides an actionable format where participants experience a challenging environment that builds discussions around the dimensions of success – the process, the relationships and achieving results that builds momentum and stronger group dynamics.
