Identifying the EQ Atmosphere

This full-day workshop [following previous introduction to the EQ model — see “Leading With Emotional Intelligence”] helps leaders understand the needs and expectations of the leadership team through defining the EQ Atmosphere of the group. The workshop includes a hands-on activity for groups to explore their unique culture in EQ terms. This fosters an understanding about collective group values promoting a “same page” platform. The program also incorporates discussions around the importance of a high-trust collaborative culture that advances the leadership team goals. Targeted audience includes current, promoted or newly hired leaders throughout the organization.

- Build upon leadership skills through the lens of Emotional Intelligence
- Build discussions around the importance of a high-trust collaborative culture that focuses on the building blocks of credibility and behavior of leaders as a deliberate process
